Shirley Mae Glenewinkle Jahns was born on September 24, 1947 in New Braunfels, Texas and passed away peacefully from this life on December 4, 2020 in Houston, Texas.

Shirley was a hard working loyal woman. She worked for Walmart for 33 years. Shirley enjoyed spending time with her beloved family and others she took in as her own over the years. As a result of her generosity and huge heart, she was loved by many. Her love will forever remain in the hearts of everyone who was lucky enough to know her.

Shirley is preceded in death by her husband, Bruce Noland Jahns, Sr.; son, Bruce “Brucie” Noland Jahns, Jr.; parents, Udo and Ruby Glenewinkle.

Shirley is lovingly remembered by her son; Daryl Jahns; daughter, Becky Jahns (fiance’ Jeremy Hornbaxk); grandchildren, Sydney Muirheid (partner Samuel Yonts), Haydn Muirheid, Joshua Jahns, Brayden Jahns, Breaile Jahns and Matthew Rey; countless other family members and friends who loved her dearly.
