Funeral services for Rick Perez, 58, of Brazoria, TX will be Friday, February 26, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. at Dixon Funeral Home in Brazoria with Pastor Ernie Hutchins officiating.  Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. until service time.

He passed away Monday, February 8, 2021 at his residence. He was born on October 20, 1962 in San Joaquin County, California.

Rick enjoyed barbequing, spending time with his family, especially playing with the grandchildren and going to the beach.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Cosme and Maria Perez; mother and father-in-law, Betty and George Bonner, Sr.; special friend, Penny Meyer; sisters-in-law, Penny Clark and Sandra McKellop; brother-in-law, Larry Bonner; special nephew, Glen Spicer; niece, Melissa Ann Duffield.

Rick is survived by his wife, Virginia Perez of Brazoria; son, Ricardo “Little Rick” Perez, Jr. of Brazoria; daughter, Melissa Perez, of Brazoria; brother, Cosme Perez of Lake Jackson; sisters, Elizabeth Davis of Prescott, Arizona, and Orfelinda Ashville of Hornbeak, Tennessee; 12 grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.

Due to the COVID-19 Virus, everyone must wear a mask and practice social distancing.

There is a limited capacity of 60 people.
