Patrick Stuart Wood

Patrick Stuart Wood, 33, of Freeport, TX passed away on Thursday, February 27, 2025 in Houston, TX.  He was born on February 10, 1992 in Beeville, TX to Michael and Yvette Wood.

Patrick was a gamer and loved fishing.  Patrick was a blessing to others and loved his family.  An Honor Walk was held for him at Memorial Herman Hospital in Houston, TX.  He will be remembered for his gift of saving lives and helping other families.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Carl and Florence Wood, Randall and Billie Stephens; uncles, Frank Stephens and James Stephens; aunts, Hattie Dalton and Mozell Smith.

He is survived by his mother, Yvette Phillips and husband Greg of Freeport, TX.; father, Michael Wood and wife Jenny of Venus, TX; daughter, McKenna Wood; sister, Shelby Wood of Garland, TX and a host of other relatives and friends.
