Patrick Lee Kelley

Patrick Lee Kelley, 73, of Brazoria passed away on Sunday, June 2, 2024 at St. Luke’s Health- Brazosport Hospital in Lake Jackson, TX.  He was born in Angleton, TX on September 27, 1950 to Theodore and Sammie Kelley.

After Pat graduated from Columbia High School in 1969 he went on to complete his Animal Science degree from Sam Houston State University in 1973. Pat was a rice and turf farmer. He owned and operated his own business K & K Land Service, Inc. for over 40 years.  He was a member of First Baptist Church of Brazoria. He served on the Board of Directors for Brazoria-Galveston County Farm Bureau.  He enjoyed farming, ranching, spending time with his family and especially attending his grandchildren’s functions.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Brenda Kelley Oxford.

Pat is survived by his wife of 53 years, Robin Doss Kelley of Brazoria; daughters, Jennifer Kelley Fine and spouse Michael of Brazoria, Amanda Kelley Mize of Lake Jackson, Ree Kelley Miska and spouse Jeremy of Richwood and Sara Kate Kelley of Brazoria; grandchildren, James Patrick Fine, Elizabeth Fine, Olivia Fine, Madie Mize, Nolan Patrick Mize, Sydney Miska, Gracie Miska, Harper Lee Miska and Hollis Miska; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Active pallbearers will be Michael Fine, Jeremy Miska, James Fine, Nolan Mize, Ree Miska and Bill Denker.

Funeral Services will be Thursday, June 6, 2024, at 5:00 p.m. at First Baptist Church of Brazoria with Randy Maus officiating.  Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. until service time on the same day. A private interment will take place at a later date.
