Funeral service for Neal Preston O’Neal, Jr., 45, of Freeport will be Saturday, January 2, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. at New Jerusalem Baptist Church in Freeport with Pastor Donnell Johnson, Sr. officiating and Pastor Marcus Lincoln eulogizing. Burial will follow at Peaceful Rest Cemetery in Brazoria, Texas.

He passed away on Thursday, December 24, 2020 in Freeport, Texas.

He loved fishing, playing dominoes, watching sports and action movies. His greatest joy was spending quality time with family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father, Neal Preston O’Neal, Sr.; grandparents, Foster C. Valrey, Sr. and Alice Marie Valrey, C.M. O’Neal, Sr. and Roxie O’Neal.

He leaves to cherish his loving memories; wife, Misyoshi Timms O’Neal, Houston; mother, Rheda Delores Valrey, Freeport; stepmother, Mary O’Neal, San Antonio; godmother, Helen Brown, Tomball, daughters, Laquari Timms and Chrisheena Lee both of Houston; grandchildren, Donrayale Sallins, Aubriel Sallins and Kaicey Lee; sisters, Thorshala L. O’ Neal and Roxanne O’Neal Moore both of Freeport and Meka Stanley, Mansfield; brothers, Nehhemiah O’Neal and Tarum Adams, San Antonio; special friends, Frank and Stephenia Trevino, Robert Salinas, Millard James, Scott Curry, Daniel and Zoe Vasquez, Tasha McIntyre and Carol Bernard; host of other relatives and friends.

Active pallbearers will be Frank Trevino, Sr., Mallon (Bull) James, Robert (Smiley) Salinas, Daniel (D) Vasquez, Alonzo (Zo) Vasquez, Scott (Hoss) Curry, Marlin Lincoln and .Alex Guerra

Visitation will be same day of the service from 9:45 a.m to 10:45 a.m. There will be no viewing afterward.

*The Funeral Service will have a Maximum Capacity of 100 people.*

Due to the COVID-19 Virus, everyone must wear a mask and practice social distancing.
