Milton Leonard Boulden

Funeral services for Milton Leonard Boulden, 78, of Angleton, TX will be at 11:00 a.m.
on Friday, July 7, 2023 at Israel Chapel AME Church, 214 W. Jackson Street, West Columbia, TX, with Pastor Joseph Garnett officiating.  Burial will follow at Peaceful Rest Cemetery in Brazoria.

Milton passed away on Friday, June 30, 2023.

He was a member of Israel Chapel AME Church where he served as a trustee, steward and treasurer.  He was employed as an operator by The Dow Chemical Company and retired after 30+ years of service.

He enjoyed fishing, barbequing, doing yard work and spending time with his family.

Milton was preceded in death by his parents, Roy and Priscilla Boulden; brother, Tommie Boulden and sister, Nellie Jackson.

He leaves precious memories with his wife of 48 years, Helen Boulden of Angleton; sons, Kenneth Boulden (Cherice) and Michael Boulden (Tonya), both of West Columbia and Robert Laws of Angleton (as a son); sisters, Mae Taylor (Jimmy) and Marie Taylor, both of Bay City and Millie Wyche of Houston; brothers, Willard Johnson (Ola) and Roy Boulden, Jr., both of Houston and Willie Boulden (Vickie) of Iowa Colony; 13 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Active pallbearers will be Zaelyn Boulden, Jimmy Laws, Vince Holmes, Broderick Laws, Cliff Laws and Vernon Polk.

Visitation will be Friday, July 7, 2023 from 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. at the church prior to service.
