Michael James Houston, 47, of Sweeny passed away on Monday, March 16, 2020 at his residence. He was born on December 27, 1972 in Ennis, Texas to Ricky and Barbara Reeves Houston.

Mike was the owner of Smokin Joe’s Electronics. He loved the CB Radio and fishing. His greatest joy was spending time with his family and friends, especially his grandkids.

Mike leaves to cherish his loving and devoted wife of 19 years, Tanya Houston of Sweeny; father, Ricky Houston of Ennis, TX; son, Dylan Scott of Angleton, TX; daughters, Madison Houston Sevin and husband Nick of Brenham, TX, Hunter Scott of Brazoria, TX and Dakotta Pollock and husband Coleman of Sweeny, TX; sister, Tiffany Kyser and husband Ben of Huntsville, TX; brothers, Clay Houston and wife Julie of Palmer, TX and Geoffrey Houston and wife Kara; grandchildren, Brooklin Scott, Breyton Scott, Kynnadi Pollock, Joan Pollock, Grace Sevin, and Coleman Pollock, Jr.; and a host other relatives and friends.
