Funeral services for Melanie Jeannine Clarabella Mack, 61, of Freeport, Texas will be at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 3, 2023 at First United Missionary Baptist Church in Freeport, Texas with Pastor Charles Roberson, Jr. officiating and Pastor Jason W. Saddler eulogizing.

Melanie graduated from Brazosport High School and received her B.S. Degree from the University of Houston, Clear Lake in finance and accounting.

Her hobbies were singing, playing piano and dogs!

She leaves cherished memories with brother, Cedric Mack (Cathy) of Lake Jackson; sister, Janice Saddler (Jerry) of Clute; aunts, Dorothy Coleman of Greenville, Peggy Villa of Linden, Eunice Mack of Missouri City, Lillian Smith of Freeport; nieces, Theresa Jaco (Hashi) of Chicago, IL; Jerica Saddler-Bragner (Stephan) of Houston, Rachel Mack of Lake Jackson; nephews, Pastor Jason Saddler (Kimberly) of Clute, Cedric Mack, Jr. of Lake Jackson;  Godchildren, Mahogany Lemons, Eric Ramsey Jr. and Chad Darthard, all of Lake Jackson; and a host of great nieces, great nephews, cousins and friends.

Active pallbearers will be Cedric Mack, Jr., Kenny Roberts, Byron Johnson, Eric D. Ramsey, Jr., Steve Burse, Malcolm Smith and Edgar Harvey, Jr.

Visitation will be same day as service from 10:00 – 11:00 a.m.
