Mary Alice (Rednour) Hayes

On the night of December 27, 2024 Mary A. Hayes was called home to be with the Lord. She was 89 years of age. She was born in Henderson, Kentucky to the parents of Sherman and Mildred Rednour on March 21, 1935.

Mary loved music and singing for the Lord. She loved going to church, traveling different places, and enjoying life.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Jessie W. Hayes; daughters, Roberta Stommel and Patricia Guarino; three sisters and three brothers. 

Mary leaves precious memories with five children; sister, Sue Gail Hanean and sister-in-law, Nancy Rednour, both living in Indianapolis, Indiana; fifteen grandchildren, twenty-nine great grandchildren, six great-great grandchildren and a host of cousins, nieces and nephews.

What a legacy she has left behind!  She was wonderful mom, grandmother that was loved and will be missed very much.

Funeral services will be Friday, January 3, 2025 at New Life Tabernacle in Brazoria at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Travis Bussey officiating. Burial will follow at Colonial Cemetery.

Family will receive friends the same day of service from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m.
