Mario Vargas, 46, of Freeport passed away on Wednesday, December 20, 2023 in Freeport, TX. He was born August 26, 1977 in Galveston, TX to Gregorio and Felipa Vargas.
Mario enjoyed listening to music, being around family, and watching movies.
He is preceded in death by Earnestine Jones Boozy, brother Corey Allen Green Sr., and nephew, Jose “June” Carrizales.
Mario leaves precious memories with his parents, Gregorio and Felipa Vargas; life partner, Olivia Q. Garcia; son, Joseph Thomas “JT” Morales; daughters, Vanessa Domingues, Melissa Dominguez, Lani Morales, Hailey Morales, and Makayla “LuLu” Morales; brothers, Nakia Dion Thomas (Maria), Ricky Boozy; sisters, Martha Vargas, Gloria Vargas, Elizabeth Vargas, Ana Servin, Reyna Vargas, Regina Lloyd, Shanell Fuse, Darasha Washington; grandchildren, Alissa Guerrero, Khloe Lopez, and Kobie Ray Dominguez.
Funeral Services will be Saturday December 30, at 11:00 A.M. at Dixon Funeral Home in Brazoria with Bishop J.V. Williams officiating. Visitation will be 10:00 A.M. until service starts. Burial will be at Gulf Coast Cemetery in Clute, TX.
Pallbearers will be Nakia Thomas, Dominique “Neek” Royston, Isaies Vasquez, Aleah Vasquez, Ricky Boozy and Joseph “JT” Morales. Honorary Pallbearers Corey Green Sr., Jose “June” Carrizales Jr.
