Marilyn Shelby Obituary
Memorial Services for Marilyn Shelby, 88, of Houston, formerly of Brazoria, will be Saturday, August 11, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at Fifth Street Church of Christ, 501 N. Elm Street, Sweeny, TX with Bro. George McKnight officiating.
She attended Pool School and Mims School in the Brazoria area before moving to Houston. She was Nurse’s Aide for many years and owned a tire service business with her late husband James Shelby. She loved reading her bible, drawing and cooking.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Ulyesses and Arie Johnson, husband, and siblings.
She is survived by her brothers, Fred E. Johnson, (Ann), La Marque, TX and J.L. Johnson, Houston, TX and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
