He passed away on Tuesday, April 15, 2025 in Lake Jackson, TX.

He is survived by his brothers, Spencer Watts of Brazoria, TX, Braid Watts of Baton Rouge, La and Bradford Smith of Gramercy, La; and a host of other relatives and friends.
