Lisa Ann Phillips-Callies "Annie Bell"

Funeral services for Lisa Phillips-Callies, 49, of Freeport will be Saturday, October 7, 2023 at 11:30 a.m. at Second Missionary Baptist Church in Freeport with Pastor Marcus Lincoln officiating.  Burial will follow at Peaceful Rest Cemetery in Brazoria.

She passed away on Saturday, September 23, 2023.

Lisa enjoyed playing cards, dominoes, fishing and spending time with her family.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Tammera Green. 

She leaves to cherish her loving and precious memories; husband, Lethridge Callies; father, Roy Lester Phillips, Sr. of Van Vleck; mother-in-law, Eugenia Hopes of Bay City; sons, Rickie Griffin Jr (Tajah) of Houston, Jeherimiah Griffin, also of Houston; , Layla Griffin and Laylanna Callies both of Freeport; sister, Eva Phillips of Freeport; brothers, Roy Phillips, Jr. of Van Vleck and Byron Phillips of Richmond; godson, K’Jhary Kuykendall of Clute; goddaughter, Kayle Jane Edwards of West Columbia sister-in-law, Marchelle Hopes-Walker (Michael) of Bay City; brothers-in-law, Manuel Hopes (Yusleny Aguilar) of Fort Worth, Alvin Ray Bishop of Bay City; nephews, O’Shuan Lewis-Phillips and fiancé, Kianda Davis, Qwaylon Lewis, Sh’Mir Lewis, Peyton Phillips, Camron Phillips; aunt, Sandra Green; 2 grandchildren, Amyra Griffin and Rickie Griffin III; and a host of other relatives and friends. 

Visitation will be Friday, October 6, 2023 from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Dixon Funeral Home in Brazoria, Texas.
