Lee E. Pierson, of Angleton, TX, passed away on Tuesday, September 2, 2025, at the age of 67.
Lee was born on May 12, 1958 in Lincoln, Nebraska to his father, Frederick Pierson Sr, and his mother, Betty Fannin.
Lee grew up with a deep love for the outdoors—fishing, camping, and riding motorcycles were some of his greatest joys. He found happiness in life’s simple pleasures and shared that joy with those around him. Family and pets held a special place in his heart, and he gave them his unconditional love. Over the years, Lee built a legacy defined by kindness, hard work and a loving spirit. With a genuine soul and a streak of rebellion, he lived life on his own terms and left a lasting imprint on everyone who knew him.
Lee was a devoted father, Papi and Great-Grand Papi. His stories, wisdom and laughter will continue to live on through those who loved him most.
Lee was preceded in death by his great grandparents, grandparents, father, Frederick Sr; mother and stepfather, Betty and Hubert; sister, Debra; brothers, Frederick Jr. and Donald; niece, Erin.
He is survived by his daughters, Teresa Bird and Tonya Allen (Steven); grandchildren, Kolby Carr, Taylor Bird, Journee Carr, Gaven Bird, Trinity Carr, Pierce Allen, Londyn Allen; great-grandchildren, Leo Carr, Naiomi Carr; brothers, Mike Pierson (Jacqueline) and Jim Fannin (Janet); nephews, Rick (Robin) and Erik, along with numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 13, 2025 at 2:30 p.m. at Dixon Funeral Home in Angleton, Texas, where family and friends will gather to celebrate his life and the memories he leaves behind.
