Lawrence Michael “Yogi” Hagaman born June 3, 1951 in Bay City, Texas to Lawrence and Mary Elizabeth (McIntosh) Hagaman. Mike was the first of two children born to Lawrence and Mary Elizabeth.
Mike had a love for sports, hunting and anything outdoors early in his life, Mike was an Eagle Scout. He loved following his two favorite football teams Notre Dame & West Virgina. Mike loved hunting, fishing and spending time with family. Mike loved to pass on any tips and tricks that he learned over his lifetime.
Mike worked most of his life as an electrician for IEBW Local 716. He had a great work ethic and was dedicated to his job.
After graduating West Columbia High School in 1970, Mike joined the United States Navy and traveled the world. While in the Navy he met two sailors from the same area who would wind up being two of his oldest and best friends Gyln Lacina and Danny Rivera.
Mike is preceded in death by his parents Lawrence & Mary Elizabeth and his daughter Wendy Lynnette Hagaman.
He is survived his wife of 48 years Agnes Hagaman; daughter, Laura Urban; two-step sons, Roddy, Jay Adcock; sister, Sue Whitt; 6 grandchildren, Michael Hagaman, Jacob Adcock, Carlie Mestayer, Emma Hagaman, Monica Urban and Ruan Adcock; 3 great granddaughters, Wendy Hagaman, Heidi Mestayer, Jaelynn Johnican and numerous nieces and nephews and relatives.
Active pallbearers will be Terry Bohr, Onnie Bohr, Nancy Luna, Jon Stewart, Brian Wilson and Pat Wilson.
Honorary pallbearers will be Calab Barr, Heather Lacina and Phyllis Regian.
Funeral services will be Friday, February 14, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. at Dixon Funeral Home in Brazoria. Burial will follow at Old Columbia Cemetery in West Columbia, TX.
