Kyle Leago, 37, of Brazoria, Tx passed away on Friday, November 1, 2024. He was born in Galveston, Tx to Anthony Sam Leago and Juanita Newman.
At a young age his love for the water and outdoors, Kyle started shrimping at the age of 17 along with working on crew boats in the Gulf of Mexico. He continued shrimping off and on till the very end making many friends and memories along the way. Kyle also had the craft for welding in which he did for a few years where he picked up more of his friends. When he wasn't offshore or out of state working, you could find Kyle spending his time with his family and friends, or out on the water catching fish and shooting ducks.
He is preceded in death by his father, Anthony Sam Leago, and his grandparents.
Kyle is survived by his mother, Juanita Newman (Perry): his brother, Michael Leago; his sister, Megan Newman; uncles, Tommy Leago, Willie Rothwell (Michelle); aunts, Trisha Ramirez, and Joann McDonald (Larry); his niece and nephew, as well as many cousins and close friends.
A celebration of life will be held at the Churchill First Baptist Church, 7160 FM 2918, Brazoria, TX on Saturday, November 16, 2024 at 12:00 p.m.
