Judith Howard, 82 of Sweeny passed away on Thursday, February 17, 2022 at K’s Place Personal Care Home in Angleton, Texas. She was born on June 1, 1939 in St. Cloud, Minnesota to William and Regina Kirsch.

She worked as an Administrative Assistant for Phillip 66 until she retired. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.

She leaves to cherish her loving memories; loving and devoted husband, Richard Howard; sons, Steven Howard and wife Deidre and Tom Howard and wife Barbie; daughters, Jan Estes and husband Steven and Kathy Howard; grandchildren, Ian, Chance, Blakeley, Bryce and Elle; great grandchildren, Kate, Andrew and Blaine; other relatives and friends.
