Funeral services for Jimmie Lee Williams, 84, of Brazoria will be Saturday, June 12, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. at Greater Mount Zion Church in Brazoria with Pastor Booker T. Randon officiating. Burial will follow at Mims Cemetery in Brazoria, Texas.
She passed away on Wednesday, June 2, 2021 in Angleton, Texas.
She was a member of Galilee Baptist Church where she served as head usher. She enjoyed doing puzzle books, playing bingo and sporting events. Her greatest joy was spending time with her family.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Daniel Williams; son, Stanley Williams; parents, Johnny and Cora Bolden; brothers, Johnny Bolden, Jr., J.C. Bolden and Ollie Bolden; sisters, Rebecca Johnson and Beatrice Norris.
She leaves to cherish her loving memories; son, Wayne Williams (Leonor Castaneda), Angleton; daughters, Shelia Wright (Richard), Brazoria and Jimmieetta Williams, Sweeny; sister, Ella Mae Boulden, Needville, TX; 12 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren; host of nieces and nephews; good friends, Evangelist Suzanne Randon, Ernestine Bonner, Brenda Williams and Audrey Dixon; other relatives and friends.
Active pallbearers will be Steve Caldwell, Vincent Baldridge, Gary Farris, Marcus Bonner, Gerald Bonner and Thomas Wright.
Visitation will be Friday, June 11, 2021 from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Dixon Funeral Home in Brazoria.
Due to the COVID-19 Virus, everyone must wear a mask and practice social distancing.
