Memorial services for Horacio Cisneros, 69, of Bay City, will be Saturday, July 24, 2021 at11:00 a.m. at Dixon Funeral Home, 2025 E. Mulberry in Angleton with Pastor Juan Tobar officiating.

He passed away Sunday, July 18, 2021 at Sweeny House in Sweeny, TX.

Horacio (Lacho) was a truck driver who enjoyed watching football and working on his diesel truck.  His greatest accomplishments include Football All District 26 AAAA and All Valley for PSJA in 1969. He attended college in Las Vegas, New Mexico.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Jose and Elisa Cisneros; and brother, Jose “Joe” Cisneros.

Horacio is survived by his sons, Horacio Ulysses Cisneros (Olympia) and Julius Cisneros (Corina); sisters, Aida Gonzalez (Ralph), Frances Flores (George), and Irma Renteria (Richard); brother, Fernando Cisneros (Belinda); friends, Eluid Salinas “Chief”, Johnny Alaniz, Rene Ochoa and Sam Perez; 3 grandchildren, Kayleigh, Joseph, and Julius; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Due to the COVID-19 Virus, everyone must wear a mask and practice social distancing.
