Helen Louise Sipes Odell

Helen Louise Sipes Odell was born March 5, 1921. She passed away on December 22, 2018 at the age of 97 in Angleton, Texas. 

Helen was born to George D. and Dealie E. Sipes in Bennington, Oklahoma.

She had five brothers and three sisters. All have preceded her in death. 

Helen lived most of her adult life in Artesia and Roswell, New Mexico. She enjoyed hunting, fishing, and searching for arrowheads in the mountains. 

She is survived by her nephew, Clifford J. Sipes and his wife Delia of Brazoria, Texas; nieces, Lynda Imondi of Oviedo, Florida and Carolyn Merritt of Lawton, Oklahoma; along with numerous other nieces and nephews who will cherish her memory. 

Graveside services will be Friday, December 28, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at Woodbine Cemetery in Artesia, New Mexico.
