Gail Lee (Gregersen) Younie

Services for Gail Lee Younie, 68, of Angleton, will be Saturday, July 23, 2022 at 10:30 a.m. at Jones Funeral Home, 801 Garrettson Street, Burlington, Kansas.  Family will receive friends from 9:30 a.m. until service time. Burial will follow at Logue Cemetery in LeRoy, Kansas.

Gail passed away at her residence on Saturday, July 16, 2022.

She was a homemaker, mother, grandmother and wife.

Gail is preceded in death by her parents, Gene Gregersen and Dorothy Gregersen; son, Shawn Belrose; sister, Tami Gregersen; grandson, Christian Miner and granddaughter, Mariah Smith.

She leaves behind her loving husband, Chris Younie of Angleton; daughters, Dawn Schroeder (Eddie) of Lake Jackson, Wendy Gutierrez (Juan) of Richwood and Sandy Gholson (Mack) of New Strawn, KS; sons, William Younie of  Burlington, KS and Dylan Younie (Vicki) of Lake Jackson; sisters, Mike Hoag (Bub) of LeRoy, KS and Traci Yeager (Rick) of LeRoy, KS; brother, David R. Gregersen (Teresa) of LeRoy, KS;  9 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.

Active pallbearers will be William Younie, Dylan Younie, Christopher Pankey, Bryce Harden, Juan Gutierrez, Eddie Schroeder and Mack Gholson.
