Frankie Joe Cullen, 68, of Sweeny, TX, passed away on Monday, March 23, 2026. He was born March 18, 1958 to Frankie Tom and Lenora Jean Cullen in Angleton, Texas.
He enjoyed hunting and fishing. During his service with the Navy, he received the Marksman Award and was honorably discharged in 1978.
He was preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Mary Ann Cullen Hicks and Virgina Marie Cullen.
Frankie leaves cherished memories with his sisters, Kathy J. Thurber of Van Vleck, TX and Janice Sue Cullen of Sweeny, TX; dear friends, James Schroeter and Jeannette Jones both of Sweeny, Texas and a host of other relatives and friends.
Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
