Ethelyn Wilke Kingston, 70, of West Columbia passed away on Saturday, January 22, 2022 at CHI St. Luke Health Brazosport in Lake Jackson, Texas. She was born on May 26, 1951 in West Columbia, Texas to Fritz and Florence Wilke.
She was a member of First Baptist Church of Brazoria. She loved fishing, painting and woodworking.
She leaves to cherish her loving memories; son, Oscar Wilke and wife Kaleena of West Columbia; daughter, Jocelyn Holliday of Fort Worth; sister, Charlotte Broussard of Sweeny; brother, Dean Wilke and wife Margaret of Brazoria; good friends, Debbie Welch of New Braunfels, Janie Morales of La Porte and Cathy Biffell of Fort Worth; grandchildren, Seth Wilke, Evan Wilke, Chelsea Wilke, Patrick Calcote and Bryson Calcote; other relatives and friends.
Active pallbearers will be Oscar Wilke, Seth Wilke, Patrick Calcote, Jacob Dunagan, Chris Brocato and Don Donnelly.
Family will receive friends on Wednesday, January 26, 2022 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Dixon Funeral Home in Brazoria.
Funeral service will be Thursday, January 27, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. at First Baptist Church of Brazoria in Brazoria with Pastor Greg Smith officiating. Burial will follow at Columbia Cemetery in West Columbia, Texas.
Due to the COVID-19 Virus, everyone must wear a mask and practice social distancing.
