Ernest E. Garza, 84, of Brazoria passed away on Friday, November 13, 2020 at Sweeny Community Hospital in Sweeny, Texas. He was born on January 21, 1936 in Runge, Texas to Manuel and Victoria Garza.

He was a carpenter and he loved building things. 

He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Albert Garza.

He leaves to cherish his loving memories; son, Ernest Garza, Jr. and wife Linda of Brazoria; daughter, Amanda Garza of Midland; sisters, Eva G. Herrera of Clute, Celia G. Moreno of Lake Jackson and Alejandra Ramirez of Houston; brothers, Gilbert E. Garza of Missouri and Ruben E. Garza of Houston; grandchildren, Ernest Garza III and wife Jacklyn of Dusseldorf, Germany, Tyson R. Garza and wife Kristy B. and Tim J. Garza, both of Richwood; Nina R. Phillips and husband Kustuss and Nike L. Johnson, both of Midland; great grandchildren, Zane R. Garza of Dusseldorf, Germany, Wesley R. Garza of Richwood, Kustuss W. Phillips, Jr. and Keaston W. Phillips, both of Midland and Truth Martelly of Lake Jackson and a host of other relatives and friends.

Memorial service will be Friday, November 20, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. at Dixon Funeral Home in Brazoria.
