Eduardo Esequiel Luera, 49, of Brazoria, was born on April 25, 1973, to the late Arturo Luera, Jr., and M. Adriana Puente Luera in Roma, Texas. He passed away on Tuesday, April 4, 2023.
He was married to his wife, Carol Luera, for 19 years and worked at Phillip 66 as a rigger. He enjoyed watching WWE Wrestling and spending time with his family.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Arturo Luera, III.
He is survived by his wife, Carol Luera of Brazoria; son, Noah Luke Luera of Brazoria and 3 bonus daughters; sisters, Ana Anderson (Darrin), Chris Segura (Larry) and Marae Luera, all of Brazoria; brother, Arturo R. Luera of Brazoria; best friend, Ricardo Uranga of Freeport and a host of nieces and nephews.
Active pallbearers will be Ricardo Uranga, Anthony Menchaca, Larry Segura, Frank Luera, Jr., Cameron Anderson and Jose Barrera, Jr.
Funeral services will be Wednesday, April 12, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at Dixon Funeral Home in Brazoria. Burial will follow at Restwood Memorial Park in Clute, TX.
Family will receive friends on Wednesday, April 12, 2023 from 10:00 a.m. 11:00 a.m. at Dixon Funeral Home in Brazoria.
