Funeral services for Edith Marie Harris, 88, of Clute, TX will be Saturday, November 15, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. at New Hope Baptist Church, Clute, TX with Pastor Edward Perry officiating and Pastor Charles Jones eulogizing.  Burial will follow at Mims Cemetery in Brazoria, TX.

Edith was preceded in death by her parents, Willie Sr. and Bertha Jammer and brother, Willie Jammer, Jr.

She leaves precious memories with her sons, Anthony Jammer (Stephanie) of Santa Fe, TX, Floyd Harris, Jr., Clifton Harris, Reggie Harris (Pam), all of Clute, TX; daughters, Linda Harris, Clute, TX, Kim Harris, Cedar Lake, TX; sisters, Carrie Bailey, Clute, TX, Rosa Fletcher, Brazoria, TX; 21 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren and other relatives and friends.

Active pallbearers at the church will be Anthony Jammer, Sr., Clifton Harris, Sr., Floyd Harris, Jr., Reggie Harris, Michael Bailey and Tim Williams.

Active pallbearers at the cemetery will be Anthony Jammer, Jr., Clifton Harris, Jr, Cameron Harris, Chad Harris, Stephen Harris and Michael Jammer.

Visitation will be at the church the same day as the service from 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
