Funeral Services for Earnest Jammer, 91, of Brazoria will be Friday, May 9, 2025 at 12:00 p.m. at Zion Temple A.M.E. Church in Brazoria, TX with Rev. Ralph Martin officiating. Burial will follow at Mims Cemetery in Brazoria, TX.
He passed away on Sunday, April 27, 2025 in Houston, TX.
He enjoyed fishing, spending time with his family. You would often find him on his tractor and baling hay. He retired from Maritime Association I.L.A. after working many years at the Port of Houston.
He leaves to cherish his memories, his son, Joseph Jammer and spouse Dina and grandchild, Earnest; daughter, Josette Jammer-Mulligan and spouse Edgar and grandchildren, Ryan, Edgar, Jr. and Elliott; sister, Herma Tolbert; nephews, Ray, Freddie, Billie “Wayne” and their families; and a host of nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends.
Active pallbearers will be Joseph Jammer, Londell Haskin, John Jammer, Jr., Chester Jammer, Earnest Jammer and Melvin Johnson, Jr.
Visitation will be Friday, May 9, 2025 from 11:00 a.m. until service time at Zion Temple A.M.E.
