David Allen Runyon

David Allen Runyon, 71 of Brazoria passed away on Saturday, September 17, 2022 at his residence surrounded by his loving family. He was born on March 11, 1951 in Cleveland, Texas to Charles and Nora Runyon.

He was called Texas Tornado when he played football in high school. He tried out for the Texas Rangers. He liked the Astros and Texans. He worked in the oil and gas business most of his life.

He was preceded in death by his parents; son, David “Little Dave” Runyon; brother, Charles “C.D.” Runyon, Jr.; sister, Jeanne Fay Simon and granddaughter, Leigh Ann McGinnis.

Left to cherish his memories; wife Kimberly Runyon of Brazoria; sons, Jade Runyon and Skye Runyon both of Brazoria; daughters, Michelle Enloe and husband Danny and Tish Meche and husband Marcus both of Tarkington; Christy Conley of California, Amanda Runyon and Javier Sanchez of Spring, Autumn McGinnis and Justin Ebner and Summer Runyon and Trevor Singleton both of Brazoria and Spring Runyon and Joshua Kelley of West Columbia; 19 grandchildren, host of great grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
