Darline B. Kelley "Dimp"

Darline B. Kelley, 91, of Lake Jackson, TX passed away on Monday, January 13, 2025 at her residence. She was born in Carlisle, Arkansas to Lester and Edna Beasley.

She was a member of First United Methodist Church of Lake Jackson for 57 years. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and sister.

Darline is preceded in death by her husband, I. K. Kelley, Jr.; parents, Lester and Edna Beasley; brothers, Les Beasley and Gerald Beasley; sisters, Linda Beasley and Ruby Lawson.

Darline leaves to cherish precious memories her sons, Robert E. Kelley and Ken T. Kelley; sister, Sharline Lancaster; granddaughter, Kayla L. Kelley; great-granddaughter Destiny Stelly and numerous nieces and nephews.

Services will be held at the First United Methodist Church of Brazoria, TX on Saturday, January 18, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. with Rev. Joshua Bynum officiating. Family will receive friends from 12:00 – 1:00 p.m.  Internment will Follow at Brazoria Cemetery. 

Active pallbearers will be Albert M. Kelley, Larry Lawson, Joe Irwin, Richard Startz, Smokey Roye, Jason Rooks and Ryan Nelson.
