Cruz (Garcia) Dejesus

Cruz Garcia Dejesus, 76, of Brazoria, TX, passed away on November 26, 2024 in Brazoria.   She was born in Bloomington, TX, on September 14, 1948 to Victorio Garcia and Paula Sanchez.

She was a nurse aide for many years.  She also enjoyed planting flowers and amusement gaming.

She was preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Celetina Perez and Sylvia Tijerena; brothers, Juan Garcia, Frank Garcia, Guadalupe Garcia, Alvardo Almager, Gonzolo Almager, Pedro Espinoza and Lupe Almager; granddaughter, Blanch Maria Esparza and great- grandson, Adrian Jose Tagle.

Cruz leaves precious memories with her daughters, Paula Martinez (Javier, Sr.), Brazoria, Maria DelRosario Bedolla, Brazoria and Maria Antonia Benavente (Rodolfo Reyna), Sinton; sons, Gilbert R. Esparza, Jr. (Terry), Taft and Rene Esparza, Sr. (Gina), Brazoria; sisters, Ramona Hill, Brazoria and Oralia Pekar, Angleton; brother, Raymond Espinoza, Sinton; 26 grandchildren; 51 great-grandchildren; 9 great-great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.

Family will receive friends at Dixon Funeral Home on Monday, December 2, 2024 from 1:00 p.m. until service time at 3:00 p.m. with Mark Miles officiating.
