Clotilde Jauregui Hernandez, 88, of Brazoria passed away on Friday, September 11, 2020 at Memorial Hermann Hospital in Houston, Texas. She was born on June 3, 1932 in Freeport, Texas.

She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church. She loved sewing and playing sudoku puzzles. Her greatest joy was spending time with her family especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her father; Mauricio Jauregui; grandmother, Dora Sainez; son, Joe Hernandez; sister, Pauline Ruiz; brothers, Adam Jauregui, Ben Aranda and Elias Aranda.

She leaves to cherish her precious memories, her loving daughters, Virginia Hernandez Solis and spouse Robert of Sweeny, Norma Hernandez Ortiz and spouse Salvador of Alvin, Linda Hernandez Krumwiede and spouse Gary of Brazoria and Rita Hernandez Gamboa and spouse Pete of Pearland; sisters, Dora Delgado and Eva Galicia both of Clute, Margarita Avila of San Antonio, Julia Margaret Cortez of Houston, Lydia DeLeon of Victoria and Jenny Aranda of Dallas; brothers, Refugio Jauregui, Simon Jauregui and Luis Jauregui all of Houston, Frank Aranda and Candido Aranda both of Fort Worth; grandchildren, Bob Solis, Michele Hernandez and spouse Mitchell, Carlos Hernandez, Jess Krumwiede and Kristen Taylor and spouse Tyler all of Brazoria, Rick Solis and spouse Paula of Manvel, Jose Hernandez and spouse Angela and Taylor Gamboa all of Houston, Jennifer Hylton and spouse Glen of Pearland, Michael Ortiz of Alvin, Brittaney Gamboa of Katy, Gary Krumwiede, Jr. of Lake jackson; great grandchildren, Ian Solis, Adrianna Hernandez, Aaron Hernandez, Aliya Hernandez, Jacob Hernandez and Wyatt Taylor all of Brazoria, Mia Solis, Vivian Solis and Ricky Solis all of Manvel, Layla Krumwiede, Lainey Krumwiede and Karson Krumwiede all of West Columbia, other relatives and friends.

Active pallbearers will be Robert (Bob) Solis, Jr., Rick Solis, Carlos Hernandez, Gary Krumwiede, Jr., Jess Krumwiede and Michael Ortiz.

Honorary pallbearers will be the granddaughters and great grandchildren.

Family will receive friends on Wednesday, September 16, 2020 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Dixon Funeral Home in Brazoria.

Funeral Mass will be Thursday, September 17, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Brazoria with Father Tim Pham officiating. Burial will follow at Brazoria Cemetery in Brazoria, Texas.

*The Funeral Service will have a Maximum Capacity of 150 people.*
