Obituary

Carolyn Schierbaum, 80, of Brazoria passed away on April 7, 2023. She was born in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma on September 28, 1942 to Edward and Ruby Tarochione.

Carolyn was a member of First Baptist Church of Brazoria.  Her greatest achievement was raising her four children.  She enjoyed watching TV, workbooks and smoking.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Schierbaum and brother James Tarochione.

She is survived by her son, Edward Schierbaum, daughters Teresa Rountree, Jonna Sols and Maria Sheffield (Mark Harlen); best friend, Jan Queen; grandchildren, Eddie Schierbaum, Eric Schierbaum, Patrick Sols, Joseph Sols, Angelia Sols, Robert Sheffield; great-grandchildren, Jasmyne Schierbaum, Kobe Schierbaum, Aabrey Schierbaum, Kyle Schierbaum, Hannah Schierbaum, Emily Schierbaum and Elijah Sols.

A memorial service will be Saturday, April 15, 2023 at 3:00 p.m.  at First Baptist Church of Brazoria with Brother Greg Smith officiating.
