Visitation for Carol Ann Strauther, 68, of Lake Jackson will be at Dixon Funeral Home in Angleton on Monday, August 15, 2022 from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. She passed away August 10, 2022 at UTMB-Angleton Campus.
Carol was a member of New Faith Baptist Church. She was also a member of the Wildcat Social Club. She enjoyed making jewelry, designing mums and gardening. She was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan.
She is preceded in death by her mother, Litric Preston; dad, Earl Alexander; biological father, James Royston; sisters, Mary Anderson and Edna Royston Williams; brothers, Robert Royston and James Leon Royston.
Carol leaves fond memories with her sons, Carnell Strauther (LaDorsha), Larnell Strauther, Lamonte Strauther (Catunya) and Gayland Strauther (Gena); sisters, Hallie Mae Williams, Brenda Henderson, Judy Simmons (Fictive Kin), Annatte Royston-Jones and Jeanette Mention; brothers, Kenneth Alexander, J.T. Alexander and James Ervin Royston; 9 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
