Funeral services for Brittany Rachel Harris, 38, of Clute, TX will be Sunday, May 31, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. at New Hope Missionary Baptist Church in Clute, TX with Pastor Edward Perry, officiating.  Burial will be at Mims Cemetery in Brazoria, TX.

She passed away on Saturday, May 23, 2026 at St. Luke's Health - Brazosport Hospital - Lake Jackson, TX

Brittany’s beautiful spirit, gentle heart, and quiet courage touched the lives of everyone who knew and loved her. Though her journey through life was unique, it was filled with love, joy, strength, and a light that will forever remain in our hearts.

Our beloved daughter taught us the true meaning of unconditional love, patience, faith, and grace. While she required special care throughout her life, the love she gave in return was immeasurable and life-changing.

Brittany saw the world in her own special way and, in doing so, made the world brighter for all of us. Her smile brought comfort, her spirit brought peace, and her presence brought love into every room she entered.

Through every challenge, Brittany showed incredible strength and resilience. She blessed our family with countless precious memories that we will cherish forever.

God entrusted us with His angel for 38 beautiful years, and although our hearts are broken, we are forever grateful for the gift of her life and the love she shared so freely.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Edith Marie and Floyd Harris, Sr.

She is survived by her parents, Reginald and Pamela Harris, Clute, TX; Brothers, Stephen Harris and Chad (Aylissa) Harris; 3 Nephews, Braedyn Harris, Brixton Harris and Jayde Harris and 1 Niece, Malia Harris; Grandparents, Wiley and Odesser Toston, Uncles, Aunts, Cousins and host of other relatives and friends.

Active pallbearers will be Clifton Harris, Jr., Merriett Jay Davidson, Jamaal O’Keefe Bufford, Tory Dwayne Lewis, Tyson Roderick and Ivora Ky Thompson. 

Visitation will be on Sunday, May 31, 2026 from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the church.
