Billie Sue Raney

Billie Sue Raney, 81, of Oyster Creek, passed away on Thursday, June 20, 2024.  She was born on September 17, 1942 to William A. Young and Letha Mae Kingery Young in Arkadelphia, Arkansas.

She was employed as a waitress and will always be remembered offering service with a smile.

Bille Sue was preceded in death by her parents; William and Letha Mae Young; sisters, Linda Loretta (Hamilton) and Mary Beth and brother, Raymond.

She leaves to cherish her memories; daughter, Sherry Lynn Culpepper (John); brother, William Young; grandchildren, Christina Lynnette Culpepper, Sara Rene Culpepper and John Donavan Culpepper; great-grandchildren, Ryan Joshua Culpepper, Joey Palacios, Jayden Palacios, Gilbert Canto, III, Heidi Smith and Jason Edwards’ Aguilera and other relatives and friends.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, July 6 at 2:00 p.m. at Dixon Funeral Home, 2025 E. Mulberry Street, Angleton.
