Bellnlase “Belle” Dunlap
Funeral services for Belle Dunlap, 73, of Clute, TX will be Saturday, January 3, 2026, 11a.m. at Destiny Church, Clute, TX with Pastor Kevin Earls officiating and Pastor Wesley Hicks eulogizing.
Belle enjoyed cooking, being surrounded by her grandbabies and family, attending church and singing in the choir, shopping and fun at the game room. She was a supervisor for Benchmark for 16 years, The Brazosport Facts and attained her CNA license.
She was preceded in death by father, Lewis Rice, Sr; mother, Corine Rice; sister, Lovie Earls; uncles Robert Williams and Robert Davis; aunts, Willie Mae Byrd and Corine Richardson; father-in-law Ulas Dunlap; mother-in-law Claudia Dunlap; nephews Leon Earls, Rivers Earls, Dexter Locket, David Earls, Micheal Earls, Lewis Rice III, Derrick Fuller, Darnell Dunlap and Corey Dunlap and Walter Fleming; brother-in-laws Bruce Dunlap, William Earls and Alloyd Dunlap; sister-in-laws Joyce Dunlap and Francel Dunlap; niece Cornell Dunlap.
She leaves precious memories with her husband Maurice Dunlap; sons Trayland Dunlap, Clute, TX, Ulas “Chip” Jackson; daughters Tandica Dunlap Boniaby (Ernest), TaShonda “Shonda” Dunlap Thomas (Ellis), Tranquilla “Dessie” Dunlap, Yvette “Vette” Carrizales (Jose), Clute, TX and Antwalla “Cheechee" Jenkins, Rosharon, TX; sisters Mary Mathis and Dorothy Rice of Houston, TX; brother Lewis Rice Jr. (Lisa) of Houston, TX; best friends Eric Miles, Rosharon, TX; Brenda Hernandez, Liberty Hills, TX and Sharon Campbell, Angleton, TX; 25 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren and many other relatives and friends.
Active pallbearers will be Boyd Lee, Quintin Stroman, Roderick Jackson, Dwight Jarmon, Rivers Earls and Rickey Alston.
Visitation will be Friday, January 2, 2026, 4-7pm at Dixon Funeral Home in Angleton.
