Ashley Nichole Mooney

“Ash”

Ashley Nichole Mooney was born on May 31, 1987 in Roswell, New Mexico to Jessica Mooney and Larry Vicars.

She was a member of Lakewood Church and attended Lutheran South Academy. She loved swimming, spending time with her family and friends, painting, sewing and floating the river.

She was preceded in death by her step-grandfather, Larry Hodges; great grandmother, Rowene Wears; cousin, Jimmy Mooney and step-father, Brett Williams.

She leaves to cherish her memories; mother, Jessica Mooney of Sweeny; father, Larry Vicars of Sweeny; grandparents, Carla Hodges of Sweeny and Tom Mooney, Sr. of New Mexico; sons, Kanaan, Guage, Blaize and Jace; daughters, Remi and Lillah; brother, Gavin Williams; uncle, Tom Mooney, Jr. and wife Ahn and their son, Thomas Lee Mooney.

Active pallbearers will be Rico Vella, Brady Dynes, Kyle Schisser, Coby Schisser, Buck Winton and Gavin Williams.

Funeral services will be Friday, October 22, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. at Dixon Funeral Home in Brazoria. Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. until service time. Burial will follow at Sweeny Cemetery in Sweeny, TX.
