Arlene Sue Harper

Arlene Sue Primeau Harper, 81, of Brazoria, Texas passed away on October 3, 2022.  She was fondly known as “Susie”.  She was born March 12, 1941 in Cincinnati, Ohio to Otto and Ula Braun.

Arlene loved to travel and vacationed in 48 states.  She was a member of F.O.R. (For Our River) and Gulf Prairie Presbyterian Church.  She also enjoyed reading.

She worked as a store manager at Sage Department Store in Houston for many years.

She is preceded in death by her parents and her first husband, Ralph Primeau.

Arlene is survived by her husband, John Harper; son, Ricky F. Primeau (Theresa); stepdaughter, Barbara Adams (Kent); stepsons, Jerry Harper (Teresa), Tim Harper (Sheri); sister-in-laws, Marilyn Waring (George), Susan Rich (Raymond), Priscilla Whited; brother-in-law, Russell Harper; cousin, Lenny Krokum; good friend, Marilyn Shockley, as well as many extended family and friends.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later time.
