Andrew Lee Goins "Leebo"

Funeral services for Andrew Goins, 44 of Lake Jackson will be Wednesday, December 29, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. at New Jerusalem Baptist Church in Freeport with Pastor Maceo Smedley officiating.  Burial will follow at Gulf Coast Cemetery in Clute, Texas.

He passed away on Monday, December 20, 2021 in Lake Jackson, Texas.

He graduated from Brazosport High School where he was a football legend. He was the original #9.  He loved barbecuing, playing the play station 4 and talking mess to everyone. His greatest joy was spending time with his family and friends.

He leaves to cherish his wonderful memories; wife, Brandi Price, Lake Jackson; mother, Christine Edwards, Freeport; step-mom, Valerie Edwards, Freeport; sons, Antayvius Maleek Goins, Freeport, Kurtis JaMarcus Williams and Antayvion Le’Raymond Goins both of Lake Jackson; stepsons, Eric Hinkelmann, Austin and Shawn Spencer, Milwaukee, WI; stepdaughter, Emily Hinkelmann, San Marcos; sisters, Andrea Goins, Lanika Goins and Mequita Lewis all of Freeport and Charde Johnson, Iowa Colony; brother, Kimrick Lewis, Freeport, father- in- law; Duies Jahns, Seguin. brothers- in- law; Byron Brown, Jones Creek, Ryan Childress, Dallas, Ray Barnes, Seguin and Jeromy Jahns, Oyster Creek; sisters-in-laws Debbie Broadway and Samantha Price both of Seguin and Christine Sponable, New Braunfels, 7 grandchildren, other relatives and friends.

Active pallbearers will be Corey Glass, Scotty Shoemake, Stephen Monteil, Toric Goins, Decquinn Dean, Kirk Lunford, Craig Bell and Tommy Ferguson.

Honorary pallbearers will be Brazosport High School Class of 96’ and Shaun White.

Visitation will be Tuesday, December 28, 2021 from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Dixon Funeral Home in Brazoria.

Due to the COVID-19 Virus, everyone must wear a mask and practice social distancing.
