Adrian Ygnacio Martinez, 47 of Sweeny passed away Friday, May 26, 2023 in West Columbia, Texas. He was born on April 27, 1976 in Webster, Texas to Ygnacio Martinez and Cayetana Martinez.

He loved to dance, play basketball, remodel houses and help family with odd jobs. His greatest joy was spending time with his family.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Juan Ordonez; uncles, Jose Ordonez; and Martin Griffin; grandmother, Maria Y Martinez and grandfather, Ygnacio Martinez, Sr,

Left to cherish his memories; father, Ygnacio Martinez, Jr. of West Columbia; mother, Cayetana Martinez of Sweeny; son, Asher of Spokane, Washington; daughters, Sofia Martinez of Sweeny and Kayelyn of Spokane, Washington; brothers, Richard Martinez of Brazoria and Chris Martinez of West Columbia; sister, Yolanda Martinez of Lake Station, Indiana; other relatives and friends.

Family will receive friends on Saturday, June 10, 2023 from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. at Dixon Funeral Home, 2025 East Mulberry, Angleton, Texas with a memorial service to follow at 10:00 a.m. with Minister Elliott Jammer officiating.
