Funeral services for Willie L. Sasser, 73, of Fresno will be Saturday, December 8, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at Bibleway Outreach Church, 201 E. Miller Street, Angleton, TX with Pastor Alonzo Brown officiating.  Burial will follow at Providence Cemetery in Chenango, TX.

He passed away on Thursday, November 29, 2018 at Houston Methodist Sugar Land Hospital in Sugar Land, TX.

Willie loved fishing, skeet shooting, watching westerns and dove hunting.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Willie Sasser, Jr. and Alice Brown; brothers, Jerome Brown and Joe Brown;  brother-in-law, Emmitt Hall; sister-in-law, Ethel Sasser; nephew, Benjamin Sasser.

He is survived by his Ex-wife, Brenda Sasser; son, Wyndel Sasser (Shalandra), Los Angeles,  California; daughter, Wendy Sasser, Los Angeles, California; granddaughters, Tia and Tiffney Sasser, Los Angeles, California;  brothers, Clarence Sasser, Rosharon, Rodney Sasser, Angleton, Michael Sasser, Rev. M. L. Brown, both of Houston, TX.,  Robert Brown, Portland, Oregon; sisters, Jacqueline Hall and Romie Scott, both Fresno, TX, Cynthia D. Stewart (Donald), Angleton, Susan Brown, Houston, TX, Jessie Mae Brown, Oakland, CA, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Active pallbearers will be Brad Randolph, Billy Sasser, John Scott, Eric Davis, Corey Davis and Gary Hall.

Visitation will be Saturday, December 8, 2018 at Bibleway Outreach Church from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.  There will be no viewing afterwards.
