Scott Andrew Frazer, Jr., 23, of Brazoria passed away on Sunday, November 26, 2017 in Brazoria, Texas. He was born on June 24, 1994 in Angleton, Texas to Scott Andrew Frazer, Sr. and Kandice Crane.

He enjoyed fishing, hunting, tinkering with cars and working out. His greatest joy was being with his family.

He was preceded in death by his father; Scott Andrew Frazer, Sr.; grandparents, Bonnie Lawrence and Bill Collins.

He leaves to cherish his precious memories; his loving and devoted mother, Kandice Crane (Aaron Billings) of Brazoria; sisters, McKaley Frazer of Brazoria stationed in Japan and Magaly Armenta of Freeport; brother, Ismeal “Izzy” Zallum, stationed in Oklahoma at Altus Air Force Base; grandparents, Charles and Maryann Frazer of Brazoria, Debra and Raymond VanPelt of Port Arthur; great grandparents, Neal Lawrence of Brazoria and Patricia Collins of Ceres, California and other relatives and friends.

Family will receive friends on Monday, December 4, 2017 from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Dixon Funeral Home in Brazoria. Funeral service will start at 12:00 p.m. with Rev. Reginald Rossow officiating.
