Robert Dean Schierbaum

Robert Dean Schierbaum, 80, of Brazoria passed away on Thursday, November 02, 2017 at Cypress Wood Care Center in Angleton, TX. He was born on July 1, 1937 in Louisville, Kentucky to William and Lela Schierbaum.

He was a very hard working man and provided for his family very well. He loved the outdoors, especially fishing. He enjoyed spending time with his family and drinking his coffee. He was a member of First Baptist Church of Brazoria.  He was a Master Welder and a jack of all trades. He was a veteran of the United States Navy.

He was preceded in death by his by his parents; William and Lela Schierbaum.

He leaves to cherish his loving memories; his loving wife, Carolyn Joan Schierbaum of Brazoria; son; Edward Schierbaum of Richmond, TX; daughters, Teresa McCarty of Vidor, TX and Jonna Sols of Magnolia, TX and Maria Sheffield of Brazoria; sister, Florence Hamilton of Alaska; brother, Kenneth Schierbaum and wife Beth of Dayton, TX; grandchildren, Edward and Eric Schierbaum of Indiana, Curtis Patrick Sols and wife Kaitlyn, Joseph Sols and Angelia Sols of Magnolia and Robert Sheffield of Brazoria, 6 great grandchildren and other relatives and friends.

Memorial services will be Friday, November 10, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at First Baptist Church of Brazoria with Pastor Greg Smith officiating
