Naomi Elizabeth LeShore Causey

Funeral services for Naomi Elizabeth LeShore Causey, 66, of Angleton with be Saturday, December 22, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at Bethel Full Gospel Church, 401 S. Avenue H, Freeport, TX 77541 with Pastor Gene Grear officiating. Burial will follow at Peaceful Rest Cemetery in Brazoria, TX.

She passed away on Wednesday, December 12, 2018 at Jennie Sealy Hospital in Galveston, TX.

She was a member of Bethel Full Gospel Baptist Church where she prepared the church bulletins. She loved taking care of her family, shopping, collecting angels and cooking.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Sheffield and Cleven Beatrice LeShore.

She leaves to cherish her precious memories; her loving and dedicated husband of 47 years, Minister Roosevelt Causey, Jr., Angleton; son, Ryan Navelt Causey (LeAnn), Angleton; grandchildren, Briannah, Zianne, Tione and Sheroy, Jr.; sisters, Frances Sylvester, Mobile, Alabama and Evelyn Corbin, San Antonio, TX; brother, Sheffield LaShore, Jr. (Sandra), Detroit, Michigan; brothers-in-law, Johnnie Causey (Claudia), Marvin Causey (Patricia), Silas, AL, Rev. Willie Causey (Patricia), Butler, AL; sisters-in-laws, Lillie Curtis, Mobile, AL, Betty Frye (Julius), Daphne, AL, Minnie Parker, Wilbraham, MA, Debra Causey, Silas, AL, Sharon Parker (Nathaniel), Montgomery, AL; special niece, Beatrice Bentley; best friend, Sis. JoAnn Grear, and a  host of nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.

Active pallbearers will be Minister Colin Smith, Carl Harris, Justin Simon, Willie Lewis, Corey Corbin, DaVonte Bentley, Cary Tolbert and Paul Mealey.

Honorary pallbearers will be Ryan Navelt Causey, Nathaniel Parker, Sr. and Myron Strambler.

Visitation will be Saturday, December 22, 2018 at the church from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
