Celebration of Life Services for Marilyn Kuykendall, 64, of Carrollton, TX, formerly of Brazoria, will be Saturday, September 15, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at Angleton First United Methodist Church, 219 N. Arcola St., Angleton, TX.

She passed away on Tuesday, September 11, 2018 at Memorial Hermann Sugarland Hospital in Sugarland, TX surrounded by her family. Marilyn loved reading her bible and spending time with her grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, James Woodard Sr. and Ida Bivens; grandparents, Mary Ann Jammer McCardell, Wilson Jones and Lillie B. Woodard.

She is survived by her daughters, Viece Taylor (Johnny), Richmond, TX, Frenche Cooper (Don), Lewisville, TX; sisters, Loretta Layman, Mary “Liz” Woodard (Penn Johnson), Addie “Peaches” Woodard-Ford (Clark), Julia Woodard-Harris (Troy), Lillie “Diane” Powell, Jeraldean Robinson, Delicia Parson (Nevin); brothers, Jerome Brown (Wilma), James Woodard, Jr. (Kay), Arthur “Dorell” Woodard (Karen), Kelvin Woodard (Sherounda), John Wayne Woodard, Roland Woodard (Bonita); grandchildren, Isaac, Caleb and Elijah and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be Friday, September 14, 2018 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Dixon Funeral Home in Angleton.
