Funeral services for Rebecca Johnson, 92, of Brazoria will be Saturday, February 4, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at Galilee Missionary Baptist Church in Brazoria with Pastor Booker T. Randon officiating. Burial will follow at Mims Cemetery in Brazoria, Texas.

She died Monday, January 30, 2012 at Sweeny Community Hospital in Sweeny, Texas. She was a faithful member of Galilee Missionary Baptist Church. She enjoyed playing bingo.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Johnny and Cora Alice Bolden, husband, Elijah Johnson and brothers, Johnny Bolden, Jr., J.C. Bolden and Ollie Bolden.

She is survived by her loving sisters, Beatrice Norris, Houston, Ella Mae Bolden, Needville and Jimmie Lee Williams (Daniel), Brazoria, good friend, Mozella Thompson, Brazoria and a host of other relatives and friends.

Active pallbearers will be Mark Bonner, Bob Bonner, Gerald Bonner, Darryl James, Brad Murphy and Randolph "Jack" Mack.

Honorary pallbearers will be Quinn Wright, Bradley Murphy, Richard Wright, Jr., Thomas Wright, Wayne Williams and Richard Wright, Sr.

Visitation will be Friday, February 3, 2012 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Dixon Funeral Home in Brazoria. There will be viewing at the church on Saturday, February 4, 2012 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. only. There will be no viewing afterwards.
